"I work for the State of California, Department of Parks & Recreation. Recently, I have conducted business with Computer 1 Products via Dominque. Dominque is a fantastic employee. His level of service surpasses even excellent service. With the last purchase, our Superintendent, Jess Cooper, who is extremely fussy about computer related devices, wanted to make sure that I had ordered what he wanted. I was sure we had ordered through Dominque exactly what Jess wanted. However, late Thursday night Jess called me and wanted to talk directly with Dominque. Dominque really provided fabulous service by researching the product/Sandisk further and called Jess back relating the information that what we had ordered was correct.

In this day and age this level of service is non-existent. However, Dominque’s attitude and friendliness shows me that Computer 1 Products cares about their customer and goes the extra mile to make them happy. Computer 1 is a company that models the best.
